GG x Gual & Roll vegan Summer cook out

Generic Greeting and Guac and Roll (Ava Szajna-Hopgood) collaborated for another big cook out. Ava planned and prepared delicious vegan food for around 30 people with some assistance and extra food provided by Bill Szajna-Hopgood, Laura Woodall and Joey Frances. The menu included tofu dogs, pink pickled onions, mac and no cheese, chipotle mushroom tacos, gazpacho, a variety of roasted vegetables and salads, homemade donuts, and more. Rich James coordinated the organization of the event, and Will Berry designed the menus. All money raised was donated to Manchester Central Foodbank.
