Craig AD, one of the founders of Manchester's Chow Down club night, has supplied us with this month's mix. The sounds represented here will be familiar to anyone who's been lucky enough to attend Chow Down - grime, footwork, jersey and other localised genres from across the globe. The mix features heavy cuts from Chow Down's residents and extended family with cuts from producers such as Marcx, Samename, Changez, Finn and Fallow. It's a carefully constructed and an absolute delight from start to finish, enjoy!

The incredible artwork this month has been supplied by brand new GG addition Lulu Heal. Lulu is a Manchester based illustrator specialising in hand drawn imagery and digital designs. She utilises analog play with surreal imagery normally created by misreadings of photocopy or scanner machines.
