Dark Glitter is a new collaborative project between Generic Greeting Collective and Infinite Scroll.
5 artists from Generic Greeting were chosen to create unique artwork for each copy of a limited run of cassettes put out through Infinite Scroll.
The cassette contains a 30 minute compilation of tracks made by 6 of Generic Greeting’s producers plus a track from special guest Brunks (WX/WL & Heavy Rain). The edition of 25 glittery cassettes includes 5 covers designed by each artists all hand drawn, coloured or painted.
The music itself, though made by 7 different producers, all is seemingly powered by the same dark energy. From the deepness of Brunks’ club ready cut Exit, Big Peace’s jacked up, distorted hyphy beat Yayper all the way through to the warped beat music of Kernon and the atmospheric adventure of No Arms’ Spacze - the compilation is one hell of a journey.
