Big Peace - Misunderstanding mix for Nous

"This is a mix entirely composed of sounds taken from cassette tapes that me and my friend found in bins. I wanted to see how understanding of music is effected by listening to music that is presented with no context. A lot of people's methods of musical discovery and music journalism often favours narrative and context above the actual content. I thought it would be interesting to turn this on its head. A lot of the tapes were blank and had no indicators as to who made them, for what purpose they were made, or what kind of music they contained."
